Q: Can I be allergic to latex?

A: YES! Latex is a natural substance derived from a plant, and a common allergen. Please make sure you are not allergic to latex before wearing a latex garment.

Q: Is latex clothing only for skinny people?

A: NO! Anyone can wear latex. All you need is a love of latex clothing! At Pippa Latex, we know all bodies are beautiful. All of our items are available in sizes XXS to XXL. We can also custom-make a size for you outside of this range! Please see our size chart and how to measure instructions.

Q: Can I put my latex garment in the washing machine and dryer? What about dry-cleaning?

A: NO! Latex is not meant to be washed like regular clothing or dry-cleaned. It needs to be washed by hand in the sink. Please see our section on Latex Care for full washing instructions.

Q: Why did my latex garment arrive covered in slime?!

A: Don't worry, it's not slime! It's a premium silicone latex care product meant to enhance the life and appearance of your latex garments. It's perfectly safe and non-toxic, and washes off skin and both latex and regular clothing. This is standard for latex clothing across the industry. It also makes the garment easier to put on and take off.

Q: Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

A: We hand-make every item as it's ordered, and therefor don't carry a large inventory. This keeps our overhead costs down and means we don't have to charge you more! When you order from us, you know you're getting a quality handmade garment that was made just for you. This takes a bit longer than ordering something off Amazon, but it's worth the wait for quality. Please feel free to message us anytime about the status of your order. We will always respond! It may take up to 12 hrs for a response if you are in a different time zone (we are on Eastern Standard Time), so please be patient. We ship using Canada Post, and standard shipping times apply.

Q: How do I place an order for custom cosplay?

A: To place a custom order, please see our Custom Orders page for full instructions. Our custom queue can only accommodate a limited number of orders at one time, so there may be a wait list for custom orders. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: How do I return my item?

A: Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full instructions. Return items must be unworn and undamaged with all tags intact. Custom orders are final sale.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: We currently ship to the following countries/regions: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the European Union, Mexico, Japan and Australia. If you live in a country/region not listed here and you wish to place an order, please contact us at info@pippalatex.com .
